Hajime is a third-year college student. His mother is about to remarry, so he returns home for a day. While passing through the park, he suddenly meets Reiko, his mother's close friend. Since they were close before, Reiko decides to accompany Hajime to his mother's place. When they arrive at his old room, which is now a storage room, and worried about not having a place to sleep, Hajime is invited to spend the night at Reiko's house. It's here that he learns Reiko isn't truly happy. Her husband is always away on business, even having an affair. Being close to such a beautiful and seductive woman as Reiko makes a young student like Hajime unable to control his desires. Reiko notices but doesn't blame him, gently soothing his desires while also wanting to alleviate her own loneliness.
