Sneaking around with an ex-lover in a hotel

I and Kana were dating, but she ended up marrying someone else. Despite that, she didn't leave me, and we still occasionally had secret affairs. But since I was transferred about a year ago, I haven't seen her again. This time my business trip is to Tokyo, where Kana lives. When I called and said I wanted to meet Kana, she came immediately.
